A BIT ABOUT THE PROJECT

What is an MSP? A Managed Service Provider is an entity that provides specialized outsourced services to other businesses. It can refer to a company that provides outsourced Information Technology (IT) and network support.

A campaign was created for MSPs to gain better awareness and conversion towards the ITRS Opsview software.

i.e. reduce outages = meet SLAs
(service-level agreements) for each customer

i.e. reduce number of incidents, reduce the number of support calls, reduce the time it takes to solve issues = MTTR (mean time to repair)

IDEAL CUSTOMER PROFILE

Consolidators

MSPs have been under growing pressure from hyperscalers, namely major cloud providers who have been driving the prices down whilst increasing services and flexibility.

Some MSPs are also embracing the cloud and deliver their services on top of the main cloud providers. Though this was also the trigger for MSPs to start consolidating their businesses, whether by co-locating their infrastructure in very large and secure datacentres or by joining forces through mergers and acquisitions.

DESIGN PROCESS

01 BRIEFING Engaged in meetings with stakeholders to understand the customer profile, objectives for the business and the key content piece for engagement

02 MOODBOARDING Collated briefing notes and defined categorised moodboards for the campaign

03 EXPLORATION Explored various layout and graphic directions for the eBook content piece, collaborated with the content editor and iterated to define the best direction that aligns with the campaign theme and strategy

05 ITERATION & COLLABORATION Further refined the eBook design and collaborated with the content and design team to produce ads that align with the direction established

06 GO-LIVE Compiled design assets and set up the web page in the CMS for customer downloads. Handed over to the digital marketer for LinkedIn implementation

07 RESULTS Excellent customer traction achieved with record-breaking qualified leads
